These are our first quads born on 22nd. June 2004. Two rams and two ewes

F1 ewes awaiting drenching whilst their F2 lambs are marked.

F2 lambs after drenching and marking. 29th. June, 2002.

Most of these ewes are F2's, with some pure bred Dorpers (see foreground). They have been running with
"Crofter's Blaze" JJ5 99-004 . The Alpaca is there to provide protection against attacks by foxes on the lambs.

These F2 ewes have lambed. Their F3 lambs are very "Dorper like".
The conditions have changed considerably from when the above photos were taken as we have received good opening rains.

Here are some F3 ewes and the white lamb in the front is a ram lamb from last season that sheds extremely well and has been running with these ewes.

The only Merino sheep now on our property are the recipients used in the embryo transplant program.

This is bunch of 6 month old rams from 2002 year's drop. As can be seen there are some good rams here. (There are also a couple of F1 wethers in the background).

This is an example of JJ5 004 "Crofter's Blaze" shedding. He is the ram on the right of this picture that is shedding well.
The ram on the left of the picture (looking at the camera) is a 2001-drop ram which JJ5 004 has sired. As can be seen, some excellent progeny are resulting from this older ram. We have semen stored for sale.

These are three good young rams. The lamb on the left is 10 months old and is half the age of the other two.

This is Crofter's Blaze JJ5 99-004 shedding this spring 2003. He has received no feed supplements, only eating what is available in the paddock.

These two young rams were sired by Crofter's Blaze. Like their father they are grass fed rams. They have different dams.
